I think they should have been upfront about that. The box came a little mangled, but the cartridge was intact. This toner cartridge has worked ok, but I wasn't too happy that it was past it's expiration date. Other than that, shipping was good.
It is original ink and is easy to install as works like the one that came in with the printer. Not much else to say since its from the manufacturer and is recommended to use original ink from the manufacturer so it won't clog the print heads of the printer. The ink is a great refill for my HP printer. It is great that it came in a package of two for back-up.
I'm not sure if the ink cartridges worked but they arrived on time and in the condition they were supposed to.
this purchase, as with all my amazon purchases thusfar, has been conducted professionally and i have no qualms what so ever in recommending the seller whole-heartedly.
Can't complain. I received shipment in two days. Works well with my HP printer. I also bought this item from a good seller (4dtech).
